CA_ Superintendent

The Superintendent shall be selected by the Board of Education and employed by the School District pursuant to a contract approved by the Board of Education.

1. The Superintendent shall be the chief executive officer of the Board of Education and the chief administrative officer of the School District.

2. The Superintendent shall carry out the responsibilities for such positions in accordance with district policy and procedure, the superintendent contract, applicable laws, job descriptions and the directives of the Board of Education.
