# BI\_ School Attorney The Board of Education shall appoint an attorney to represent the Board upon such terms as may be mutually agreed between the Board and the attorney. The attorney will be required to attend Board Meetings or other meetings where his/her services may be needed and shall provide legal services to the Superintendent.
