BI_ School Attorney

The Board of Education shall appoint an attorney to represent the Board upon such terms as may be mutually agreed between the Board and the attorney. The attorney will be required to attend Board Meetings or other meetings where his/her services may be needed and shall provide legal services to the Superintendent.

A decision to seek legal advice or assistance from such attorney shall originate from the Board, the Superintendent or persons specifically authorized by the Board or Superintendent.
